Cindy Jensen is the owner of Aura Studios, a wellness space curated to help you feel elevated and deeply grounded. Cindy is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, Urban Zen Integrated Therapist and a Reiki Level 1 practitioner. Cindy has a passion for leading grounding practices to support physical strength, emotional clarity and nervous system balance. Cindy invites her students to move slowly, breathe deeply and reconnect with their bodies. Her classes provide a calming atmosphere, thoughtful sequencing and an ability to meet you where you are. Cindy created Aura Studios as a community sanctuary where guests can unwind, strengthen and restore.

Kristina Fortney is the co-owner of Aura Studios, a certified Pilates instructor in mat and reformer, a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and a certified personal trainer. Her classes are challenging, set to upbeat music and designed to motivate. Kristina’s experience allows her to cue precisely and correct form with confidence, protecting students and creating real results. Kristina is passionate about helping students feel proud of their progress and amazing in their bodies.
